Yup. Did it. I wogged! I re-downloaded the C25K to my new phone and actually moved faster than a walking pace for the Week 1 Day 1 workout today. WOOHOO!! First time since the Turkey Trot Thanksgiving 2010. Pretty proud of myself! And why I decided to go at 2:00 p.m. in hot, humid weather - no clue. (well, that's when I had time) For anyone that knows me, this is highly unusual. I'm an A/C kinda gal. LOLOL

Let's see how sore I am tomorrow.............

Awesome! I have the app too, but don't use it much. But yup I am a wogger for sure! I think I must look hilarious because even when I feel like I am running so fast its still slow!

I, too, have recently gotten back into jogging....and tracking. And since doing so I've lost 10 pounds and regained my mojo.

Good for you for getting back out there. Keep at it! And yes....I officially "wog", but with as short as my legs are, it HAS to be allowed to be called jogging :) even though others walk at my jogging pace :)
