Went for a 10 minute walk today as it is 105 degrees out.

Did my streching on my inversion table. I like it, but wish it did not take up so much room. Oh well, small obstacle to put up with if it eliminates my headaches, leg and foot pain. I am now up to the max of 10mins in the morning and evenings per the instructions. You can definitely feel the stretch.

So far today, (it's now 4pm) I have had no headaches. I do experience pain in my legs and feet, but I know I am dealing with a very bad disk so I am not looking for an overnight fix for these issues.

My mood is good today and this is the best I have felt for quite sometime. Let's keep this trend going.
