1) 42 minutes of cardio done. I did a 31-minute walk outside in the sticky ickiness, then a short cardio video once I got home.
2) 6-minute hips, glutes, thighs bootcamp video done.
3) Keeping track of food and will be within calorie range.
4) Keeping track of water and I'm at 8 cups already today.
5) 5 servings of fruits and vegetables consumed.
17 days in a row of meeting all of my bootcamp goals.
