Turkey Club - low cal version

Just 182 calories

Sara Lee Delightful 100% Multi-Grain Bread, 1 slices
Spinach, fresh, 0.5 cup
Avocados, Florida, 45 grams
Hormel Bacon Bits, 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise, Fat Free, 1 tbsp
CARL BUDDIG, Smoked Sliced Turkey, light and dark meat, 0.5 package

Cal 182; Carbs 16; Fat 9; Protein 12

I didn't add tomato, which is usually on a club but you sure could add it for just a few calories more. I mashed up the avocado and added the mayo and bacon bits. Slightly toasted the bread. I assembled it by putting spinach down first (helps keep the bread from getting soggy from the avocado). Avocado mixture next and turkey on top. It tasted so rich and creamy.
