Well I just got my set and today was my first workout. Wow did she kick by butt in phase 1 workout 1. I throught I was in shape but guess I wasn't cause it was hard but I finish it. It was the long 32.23 minutes. I am glad I did it. I am also following a low carb meal plan that 1200 to 1500 calories. i will keep you all posted on how I am doing...Wish me luck cause Jillian is tough....
