Later this month I start the Health Starts HereŽ 28-Day Challenge. wholefoodsmarket.
They have suggestions like the plan works best if you shop, batch cook and prep your food at the start of each week when you have the time.
There are more salads which is perfect for warmer weather. I'm looking forward to learning how to get more nutrition into my meal plan.
One thing I have learned about was miso. I was too "cheap" to shell out around $5 for a container and only use 1-2 Tbsp. Thanks to SP found out "Once opened it will keep for up to one year."
Well if that is the case I think I can use it up in a year's time. I thought it only last about a month or so.
I'm sure to keep leaning new tidbits to help me on my journey.
