Sounds like a horror movie, right?

I just have to say, I didn't know I could actually sweat so much...!!!

I've been doing the Jillian Michaels Extreme Shred & Shed~ & today I tried Level 2.
There are a couple moves that have your hands in a praying position as you lunge/squat , etc)

Anyhow, I swear they actually went 'squish' together.

I am gross, but I feel pretty wonderful!


The recommendation is that you do the two levels together, for a full hour...
have not tried that~

But I will.

It's funny. I've read multiple times about how much we sweat when we're working out at moderate intensity and thought the number seemed high. These days? Yeesh. I believe it. I ~SEE~ it. (Though I seem to sweat less on my palms and more on the back of my hands. O_o )

As I've seen before: Sweat is our fat crying!

    i have that video too! in the first level shes like "if you're not doing the other workout too then you better push yourself!" lol i didnt like the video much but i'm glad its working for you! i feel all icky and sweaty and gross after my runs but it always feels amazing!
