So today I swam (walked in the pool 30 minutes using arms), and intend to walk later today. Yellow flies bit the crap out of me - must have 6 bites on my back and arms. By the time you feel them bite, it is too late to swat them. Took benadryl and tried to put ointment on them but I can't reach. Anyway, will venture out later today and try to get a good walk in. Reading The Spark and gaining knowledge and inspiration from that.

Oh, and I am going to do my low back exercises now.

    Vitamin B's keep the bugs from landing on you. The only thing that doesn't help with is spider. Ugh! But if you take a vitamin B complex every day it builds up in your system. You skin then has an odor (not that we can smell) that flies, mosquitoes and other biting insects won't be attracted to you.

Good job on the pool and workouts!!!

    SORRY ABOUT YOUR BUG BITES WE HAVE NATS HERE SO I GOT A TREADMILL. I WISH I COULD GET TO A POOL BUT I LIVE IN THE STICKS IT 50 MILES TO A YMCA. YOUR DOING GREAT KEEP IT UP.
