Day 6 of Dr. Brown

The days are getting easier.. I'm drinking lots of water, having all my vitamins, eating clean. With summer it's difficult because your craving a drink and some GOOD food. I find myself craving old things that I use to eat freely, but never enjoy.

I have a new philosophy. When your eating clean and you lets say cheat or indulge, you enjoy something so much more than when you eat freely and indulge all the time.

May 14th

Sausage and egg, coffee with cream and sweetner
Steak, bit of mushroom zucchini salad
Iced coffee
Grill chicken, bit of fried chicken, veggie salad
