I have challenged myself to 21 days of no buffets and no sweets. I'm not sure what it is but buffets are NOT my friend. I go in with the plan to just eat a little but somehow I end up stuffed and disgusted! So today is day one of no buffets for me. Even if there is an office event there, i will order off the menu. I decided to eliminate sweets for 21 days because my doctor told me to chill on the exercise for a few weeks so what I eat is going to be crucial to how much I lose in the next 3 weeks.
