Ready to take on the day!

Tuesday, May 15, 2012

I still feel like a truck ran over me from the fall. Amazing how you age that something like a little fall jars your whole body. I have aches and pains in places I didn't know exsisted. But not letting it stop me. Will get out there and walk the dogs and then today am taking my father-in-law to the doctor for a check up. Will also try and swim a bit.
Hope all of you are doing well and for those of you in a 4 season area are getting some great spring weather.
Make it a great day!
Sallie

Hope you get over the jar real soon. I find that when I have a small accident, it takes days for the body to quit hurting and aching. We are getting strong storms in our area this week. But I must say we need the rain as we are extremely dry and we do not need a lot of fires this year

Sallie, hope you feel better soon. The swim idea sounds wonderful. Being in the pool always relaxes me and is a good low impact workout. emoticon
