Walked to the store today as I was running low on food. I bought almost only fruit and vegetables. I am getting better with making choices and sticking to my list. I put some sliced haloumi on offer in my cart and then realised I actually didn't need it and it was the offer that made me get it. So I put the haloumi back and stuck with my list except buying some pears and cashew nuts - not too bad. I've stocked up on loads of fruits for the week, planning some healthy snacks in advance. Knowing I've made the right choices makes me feel healthier somehow even if I haven't eaten them yet.
