Yesterday was the first day in quite some time that I successfully survived the day without eating anything other than what I brought with me to work. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be... although I was STARVING by the time I got home. I think that means I need to bring a snack to hold me over between the 3-6 time frame.

Since I had a meeting last night and couldn't go to crossfit, I went this morning, with the intent of returning for the evening class. After this morning's WOD (which was yesterday's)...not sure that will be happening.

100 ft overhead walking lunges (25#)
30 wall ball
25 sit ups
15 KB swings
AMRAP 20

I finished 2 full rounds, and completed the lunges, wall ball, and sit ups of my third round. Prior to starting the WOD, he had us do 4 minutes of tabatas squats! My quads are absolutely dead. And for some reason my right shoulder/trap is causing me discomfort.

Today's WOD, if I do make it, is Helen:
400 M run
21 KB swings
12 pull ups
3 rounds for time

If I don't make it... I'll take my dogs on a run, taking turns with each lap because I'm not trying to run with TWO dogs. That would be kind of hectic and distracting :P

Today's nutrition goal is to continue the plan! Only eat what I brought to work :)

    emoticon I find things get a lot easier when you make them into habits so over time you will probably learn exactly how much you need to bring and what during different days. emoticon
