Feeling good!

I have come to the realization that I just don't feel good when I don't get my exercise in. I feel sluggish and tired all day long. But when I do get up and exercise, no matter how tired I am when that alarm goes off, I feel much better afterwards. It is worth giving up a few minutes of sleep. Plus, the more we exercise, the stronger and healthier we are. emoticon

    Yeah.. I missed mine this morning because I worked till 2 this morning. I say I'm not going to every do that again, but I know I will. Just got to get up in the morning and get to it again.

Exercise really does make that big of a difference. Before I started exercising I would have never thought that I could actually gain energy from using energy!
Speaking of Key West, I need a vacation! Hope you enjoy your vacation! I bet it is beautiful there.

    I have been on vacation for a week (Key West) and there was one day when I could not exercise. I felt tired all day.
