I have totally updated my SparkPage, because I've not been around for about 2 years. Basically, I had a baby, and did really well with my weight during my pregnancy and just afterwards. Then, shortly after going back to work and Charlotte starting weaning, we moved into temporary accommodation where it was very hard to cook (not least because most of our recipe books are in storage!). I have no idea what I weigh - my scales are in storage. I have stopped going to WeightWatchers - we no longer live near my old meeting, and in a temporary location it doesn't seem worth joining the local one. I know that my jeans are tight, and that probably means at least 7 pounds to lose.
Well, we're moving this week, and on Monday 28th May I am going to start getting back on track, planning decent foods, recording what I eat, and doing more exercise. I'm going to use my SparkPeople tracker to record food, so I'll be on here most days.
