Day 1 is done

And it went well.

I find when I am not overly tired and not feeling lazy I do so much better. Temptation is so hard to resist when a little fatigued. Need to work on the sleep but hopefully as I lose weight I will snore less and sleep better - yay!

Diving into day 2 with great enthusiasm. Have a good day all x

My snoring is awful and combined with my moving in my sleep it makes life hard. Would love to be a quieter sleeper and not wake myself up!

    Hubby and I fell asleep watching the news yesterday. When I woke up, my daughter said, "I came in to check on you guys, because you were snoring into Dad's chest and he was snoring into you hair and it was the funniest sounding concert." I love that kid, but some days.......LOL!
