Who am I kidding?!?! Not only did I fail to stay on the low end of my calorie range today, I ate two times more calories than suggested by SP. I also failed to stay at mid-range yesterday or the high end on Saturday. Holidays and birthdays are killers.
In order to get back on the "cycling" track, I will stay at the low end of my calorie range tomorrow and Wednesday.
