Went to visit my family this weekend because of Mothers Day. It was good to spend time with them, but my parents don't have internet so I couldn't post my daily blog. But now I'm back in action.

FOOD:
kiwi fruit
egg whites
turkey sausage
whole wheat bread
peanut butter
honey
foot long turkey sub (split for lunch and dinner)
apple
raisins
almond clusters
carrots

EXERCISE:
Crossfit - 300/m row, kettle bell swings, pull ups (amrap 12 mins)
walked the dogs, in the blazing heat today.blah.

So its been weighing on my mind that I feel so lost when it comes to my diet. I keep reading all this conflicting information. And I just can't find a plan that I'm 100% comfortable with. Obviously I've been counting calories and so far no results from that. I feel tired all the time, my nutrition isn't consistent, I've lost no weight, and the only changes I'm seeing are coming from the gym (I look tighter). I'm very frustrated... what to do???
