emoticon 6 DAYS! emoticon Did bad today

One week complete!!! Today I had physical therapy and she retaped my ankle in a new position, feels very different. My legs are sore today from the little bit of workout I did last night which amazed me. I expected some soreness but not this much. For lunch we had subway, I had a chicken teriyaki which was better than some of the stuff there but still not as healthy as I wanted to eat. I went grocery shopping and did good with what I bought but then my husband was hungry, it was 7pm, and we still needed to go to gym. I was not about to try to unload groceries, go to gym, and then cook dinner. We grabbed ARBY's...i know, i know, dumb. I had the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. I'm really upset with myself for my eating habits today and I didn't drink near enough water. I had a lot of pop today. We did go to the gym tho. We did workout for back. I did chainsaws @ 30lb, seated row @90 and 70, pull-down @85lb, head-on-wall with bar+10lb, and pull-ups on assisted machine @165, 170, and 175. Then we had about 10 minutes until the gym closed and I said come on lets walk, so I got on treadmill and did 1/4 mile @ 15% incline @ 3.2mph. I burned 135 calories in 5.5 minutes. I wish I could've done more cardio tonight because I'm beating myself up for the last 3 days of laziness. Tomorrow is my actual scheduled cardio day tho with a bicep workout so I'll do better tomorrow. I might do another kettlebell workout tonight just to get a little more cardio and loosen up and stretch my sore muscles from last night. Hope everyone is doing well with their goals!!!!!!
