First perfect day!!!!

So today was just right, ia ate right, exercise and even had the energy ofclining the house after my exercise and cook dinner, i'm so happy... The only proble is that this might just be a day thing, i know that i should not be this pesimist, but i just know that, this is not a typical day for me..

One thing for sure, i am loving sparkpeople, there is just so much great information, i am beside myself.. I love the fact that i ate one of my favorite meals today for lunch and I was able to still stay on track (taco bell) no the greatest choice, but it is so good to be able to eat that and still have calories for dinner... i love the feact that once I wrote wjhat I have for breakfast and lunch, i was able to see how much was left for the day, so i just plan my dinner accordantly...

    I am also enjoying finding that I can lose weight without feeling like I have to give up all of my favorites. I had a cheeseburger today - first in weeks - and still have calories left for the day that I can use for a bedtime snack! It is easy to see why people who go on restricitive diets end up quitting.
