6 Week Personal Challenge

I've been inactive on Sparkpeople for awhile....that changes today. I'm imposing a 6 week challenge to myself to be healthier, happier and more active. My weight is creeping up slightly and I don't like it. Time to take action!

This weeks challenges (3 per day):

Monday 5/14 - Track all of my food - emoticon
- Workout 30 minutes - emoticon
- Start this blog - emoticon

Tuesday - 5/15 - Golf
- 10,000 steps
- Go outside at lunch

Wednesday - 5/16 - Workout 30 minutes
- In bed by 10 pm
- drink 2 bottle of water minimum

Thursday - 5/17 - Order healthy at Book Club Dinner
- walk at lunch
- Eat 3 fruits

Friday - 5/18 - 30 minute workout
- Eat 3 veggies/Fruits
- drink 2 bottles of water

Saturday - 5/19 - Enjoy the pig roast
- 10,000 steps
- relax!

Sunday - 5/20 - Tough Mudder
- Have Fun!
- No Pressure (you are doing it for YOU!)
