Tonight I am really struggling wit the munchies! I had dinner, then took DS to karate, then when I got home I had sime baked lays, more dinner, then a skinny cow ice cream. I really gotta stop! So I got on Spark, and decided to blog about it.

    Hang in there! Sometimes when I get super snacky like that, I break the cycle by grabbing something high protein. I learned this trick from other sparkers. I keep 50 cal servings of beef jerky around the house for that :D
