I'm a numbers geek so this is the type of information that motivates me.

Here is my first report. Since I don't log what I eat on that website, it isn't in the report.

For those of you that might be interested, the website is www.fitbit.com. They are also sold at Best Buy stores and cost about $100.

I told someone that it's a fancy pedometer. But now I see it's much more than that.

I have had my fitbit for nearly 4 weeks now and love it. I live in Australia and it is not available in stores here. I had to order it from Amazon and have it imported.
One thing that it has got me doing is finding stairs or inclines to walk on to get more floors registered - my best day has been 16 'floors'.

I just got one for Mother's Day. Yesterday was the first day I wore it. I think I tracked my sleep last night, though I won't know until I sync, I guess.

Good to know someone who loves it.

I'm so glad you like your fitbit. I love my as well. And I really like the weekly progress emails. They have recently started doing that. I think one of the best things about fitbit is that it keeps you aware of your activity level or sometimes lack of activity. I see you haven't tracked your sleep. I've found that to be helpful as well.
