Week 14: 148.5 to 147.5

Officially lost 20 pounds now! Woohoo!
I do think I would be losing more weight if I can just actually exercise, but when I started last Monday, I felt pain and soreness in my left knee, so I immediately stopped. Darn you knee!
I did do a couple of SparkPeople's seated exercises and I took some advice out of one of their articles where someone said turn activities you like or everyday activities into exercise. So when my family and I were gardening, moving decorative bricks, shopping, playing, etc. last week, I'd intensify something I was doing to make it into cardio exercise or strength training. That really helped me feel like I was at least doing some exercise as oppose to the nothing I've done in previous weeks.
Goals for this week are to exercise more and eat more fruits and veggies.
