Getting Back in the Habit

So I have finally moved closer to my new job making life so much better! I feel like I just got back 15 hours of my life by not having the commute! So I am getting back in the swing of things. I have made some changes to my thought process right now though. Work is a passion I have as well and right now it is one that needs a lot of attention. I need to use the opportunity to prove myself with the company so that I can get attention to take the next step with them as well. I WILL be District Manager at some point :^) So I have made the decision to ramp down the milage a little with my running and try to be more well rounded. So I am going to do yoga twice a week and add in a 10 minute kettle ball workout with that as well. And then am only going to run 4 days a week! Now that I have Sunday off every week it will be my long run day, but rather than just try to keep adding milage I am going to use it to put in between 10 o 20 miles. I figure then I will still easily be able to accomplish between 30 to 40 miles per week, but have much better structure and not kill my body! I know I am not on here much, but I thought I would share where I am at and whats going on. Well a little of it at least!

    I know once you set your sights on something, it is only a matter of time before you achieve it! I hope that all is still going well with you and you are finding time for balance between work and taking care of yourself :)
