Mother's Day!

I thought I did good having a steak omelet at IHOP with my daughter and son. I got fruit instead of pancakes. Then I got a dark chocolate candy bar after. I had 2 krispy kreme donuts at church after the service. I forgot what else I must of eaten. I weighed myself and I gained 1 1/2 lbs. I guess now that today is back to normal, whatever that is.................I hope to eat better and healthier today. I started breakfast with a clifbar and decaf coffee with cream. I only had a yogurt for lunch. I'm going to have a meat and veggie dinner tonite. I hope I find better results tomorrow on the scale. I weigh myself everyday to see where I can improve or where I am fooling myself. I klnow it is better to eat 4 - 6 small meals throughout the day so that your body doesn't think it is in starve mode. I need to start eating healthier regarding what day it is. I am only delaying my success by eating food that doesn't help me lose and infact makes me gain.
