Time to get back on track!

Happy Monday everyone!

So I have really been struggling with being consistent the past 2 weeks, eating and working out. I have been discouraged by my size 0 mother-in-law who is always on a "diet" and runs a few miles a day. I really do love her to death but she does not understand that it is harder for some people to lose weight. Sorry..small rant. Some people are blessed and some people are like myself, work hard for little progress!

So I am starting out today on a better note with Jillian Michaels tonight and trying to eat better this week. I will do this and look good for my body, not having to be a zero and still look good! Cannot wait to see the finished product but going to continue loving life in the meantime.

    when i get like that i try to remember that time is passing whether i'm working out and eating right or not. so why not let the time pass and be more happy about it by working out, eating right, and watching the scale go down! it's hard for me on the weekends especially but i'm trying to get better at that. sounds like you have a great attitude and i hope you have a great week!
