I am thinking.... I may have finally found an end to my yoyo dieting for 20 years!
I will update more later, but CHIP program encourages eating foods as grown.
I love that they also do not require you to count calories. This has been a load
off and I have still lost 3 pounds so far over 11 days. The program is very educational
and I have learned so much that I think I will totally reverse my BAD cholesterol
in a couple of months!
I am feeling better and fitting back into my new smaller size
clothes( I had gotten out of) again.
So after 30 day I feel even better and am able to work longer
and harder with less effort. Thanks CHIP PLAN
