Hey everyone ,

I posted on my last blog this:

I am thinking.... I may have finally found an end to my yoyo dieting for 20 years!

I will update more later, but CHIP program encourages eating foods as grown.

I love that they also do not require you to count calories. This has been a load

off and I have still lost 3 pounds so far over 11 days. The program is very educational

and I have learned so much that I think I will totally reverse my BAD cholesterol

in a couple of months!

I am feeling better and fitting back into my new smaller size

clothes( I had gotten out of) again. emoticon


So after 30 day I feel even better and am able to work longer

and harder with less effort. Thanks CHIP PLAN

Pushups 5 reps 1 kid on back__ New Everlast shirt and shorts/joggers
Pushups 10 reps 1 kid on back__ Day off workout/and calories count
Pushups 5 reps 2 kids on back __ 3 days of rest from strength training!






Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family

,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,

many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to

get up period !! !!

Here are some photos of my own raised beds planted and

2 4x8 ones, then a 24 foot by 48 one and a 24x8 ones.

That is my helper in the last 2 beds I did most of the others myself.

    OH CHRIS YOU ARE DOING GREAT......... I LOVE THE RAISED BEDS....... SURE WISH YOU LIVED CLOSER TO ME........ I COULD USE A COUPLE OF THOSE RAISED BEDS......... I LOVE YOUR WORK...
