I got The Biggest Loser game for the Wii as a Christmas gift back in 2010. I tried it once and it was so hard for me and my knees that I gave up halfway through my first workout and didn't touch it again. I hated it that much. lol. Today I came across it and decided to give it another shot. I've been wanting something to shake up my workouts and knew it would be challenging. Well, I opened the file I had back in 2010 just to see where I was at that point in time and saw that I weighed 296 pounds and that my goal was to get to 250. Considering I am now in the 240s it felt SOOOO awesome to be reminded of how far I've come. I left that file alone and made another one to start anew, and I am happy to say that I made it through my first workout with 4/5 stars. =) It was tough and I sweated a lot, but it was worth it. I'm going to try to do that three times a week. Woohoo!
