What can I do to make this weight come off and stay off?
I know what I keep doing; what I keep doing is the wrong thing!
Eating two apple pies for breakfast that I get from McDonald’s almost;
every weekday, because I work right next door to the restaurant.
At lunch, I normally have Arby’s (they are right across the street), if not
Arby’s, I have a can of ravioli or something else fatting. I stopped drinking
sodas for two years straight, but I started back. I still stop every now and again,
but, I soon start back and cannot stop drinking the stuff. I cannot just go to drinking
diet soda; I just give it up all together. I am going to give up soda all together, because I know I can do it! I will drink nothing but water, tea and coffee. I will try at my best to do
