What can I do to make this weight come off and stay off?
I know what I keep doing; what I keep doing is the wrong thing!
Eating two apple pies for breakfast that I get from McDonald’s almost;
every weekday, because I work right next door to the restaurant.
At lunch, I normally have Arby’s (they are right across the street), if not
Arby’s, I have a can of ravioli or something else fatting. I stopped drinking
sodas for two years straight, but I started back. I still stop every now and again,
but, I soon start back and cannot stop drinking the stuff. I cannot just go to drinking
diet soda; I just give it up all together. I am going to give up soda all together, because I know I can do it! I will drink nothing but water, tea and coffee. I will try at my best to do
This weight loss thing right to the best of my ability:

I KNOW I CAN DO IT, I WILL DO IT. I WILL USE THE WEIGHT WATCHERS MOMENTUM PLAN TO HELP ME SUCCEED!

    I know you can do this too!

    My coworker goes to McD's all the time (almost daily), but always comes to work with their oatmeal (she doesnt use the granola they include -too much sugar I think). She is also doing WWs. You can still go to the places you have been going, just make different choices when you go. A couple tweaks and your pounds will start coming off!

    Of course you can do it. Don't beat yourself up about your choices-of course it's good to identify problem areas. Now that you've identified- commit to making one or two small changes and build on that momentum. Think about how filling your breakfast is, for example, compared to how much of your daily calorie allowance it uses up, and do something good for yourself. Each small step leads to another!
