I m feelin so much better tdy than last week
Went to zumba and checked in with my nutrition coach, which i was dreading. I lost 3 lbs and 4 1/2 inches. I havent saw her in 2 mon but this is the start ofof a new faithfl beg i have 6 appt scheduled with her right after her wed kettlebell class. So i m stuck going to kettlebells too, which i love
No more excuses!!
Came home and ate healthy, packed healthy lunch, and even have my 5 veggies and fruits counted for!
