I am glad to report that I made it with flying colors this weekend! On the ride down we packed a cooler with sandwiches, bottled water, fruit, yogurt and cucumber sticks! When we got into Maryland and the hotel room we rested for a bit (7 hour ride) we then proceeded to find the Maryland Yacht Club. We found it fine and then went to Cheshire Crab! of course I had crab 2 with a side of sweet potato chips. The crab cakes were baked and the sweet potato chips were freshly made! Then we went back to the hotel. Got to visit with my sis and her husband and my cousin and her husband who I have not seen in almost 40 years! It was fun.

The next morning the hotel had free breakfast..I had scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage and decaf coffee. We drove a round a bit and then my niece came down from Baltimore. We had lunch and I had a grilled chicken sandwich with a scoop of crab cake on top! I ate the chicken and the crab and only 1/2 the bun!

Went back to hotel and took a nap. got ready for the wedding and at the wedding I had some turkey, some beef tips 1 crab cake and lots of salad with the dressing on the side! They had a bride and groom cake...I had one of each but I split it in half and shared with my hubby. After the wedding went back to hotel and slept.

Next morning had the free breakfast with a repeat of Saturdays only difference was I had decaf tea! Got o the road and had lunch at burger king having a salad with grilled chicken and no dressing! Had a pear and a banana. Had hersey pie from burger king. For supper I had shrimp with brocoli and rice (chinese food) and a spring roll. 2 WW ice cream (english toffee on a stick) cup of tea and then went to bed!

All in all it was a good weekend!

Weighed myself this am and lost 1 lb! emoticon

    Congratulations! The weekends are my downfall too. It's easy to stay on track when I got to work everyday but harder when you have to go out to eat.

You did a great job and I am so happy you lost a pound (4 sticks of butter!)
