Week Twenty: Goals.

Monday, May 14, 2012

Oops. I didn't blog yesterday. It isn't that I forgot, it's just that I didn't want to. I didn't feel like getting on here and posting. I did a lot of homework and it was Mother's Day.

Here are my Goals for week Twenty.

Reflection:

1. Focus on eating clean this week.

2. Start training for my 10K which is on June 3rd.

3. Really stick to my food tracker. I'm in this plateau business and I need to make sure I'm a good job in this health plan.

Plans for today:
Get some walking in, land Zumba, and Aqua Zumba.

*********************

Five things I'm grateful for:

1. Beautiful blue sky.
2. New Starts.
3. Options.
4. Routines.
5. May Flowers.

I love your commitment to regularly blogging your goals, plans and things you're grateful for. My food tracker and I are on the most intimate of terms. I don't know what I'd do without it!

I was feeling off yesterday also.
Hope today is a good one. We had wonderful weather in Seattle and I love all of the flowers.
Have a great day.
