Oops. I didn't blog yesterday. It isn't that I forgot, it's just that I didn't want to. I didn't feel like getting on here and posting. I did a lot of homework and it was Mother's Day.
Here are my Goals for week Twenty.
Reflection:
1. Focus on eating clean this week.
2. Start training for my 10K which is on June 3rd.
3. Really stick to my food tracker. I'm in this plateau business and I need to make sure I'm a good job in this health plan.

Get some walking in, land Zumba, and Aqua Zumba.
