Well, there's THAT sorted

Monday, May 14, 2012

I gave my body a good talking-to yesterday and, lo and behold, it let go of the water it had been holding onto. Just as I know I hadn't gained a few pounds of fat, I know I didn't lose a few pounds of fat this morning. It was definitely water. Still, good to see it go.

Steady elephant has been poking his nose over the half-way mark for a while now. Time to get across!

On an unrelated note, I make a damn good cup of coffee. Just sayin'.

AZHURE_SUNSOAR has my attention. You can make a cup of coffee for me and drink it - I'll go for the amazing cup of hot chocolate.

And water weight fluctuations is the biggest reason I pay almost no attention to the day-to-day ups and downs of the scale. As long as the week or two-week trend is down, I'm doing fine.

Easy come, easy go is good when it applies to the scale.

I make "drinkable" coffee. But I like to add some coffee in my milk!

On an even more unrelated note... The coffee that I make in the morning only serves one purpose and that has little to do with taste. But anyone drinking it will leave the house totally wired.

Making great coffee is a lost art! Good news about the water loss....I seem to have become more salt-sensitive so I really notice any water gain.
    Hang in there!
