Still here, still kicking

I had a long weekend with my family and I behave; even though it was tough, but I did portion control everyday, didn't work out properly because I was helping my parents with rebuilding their house, so I did plenty work, but didn't do regular workout like push-ups or walking/running as exercise...

I managed to go down to 65.4 kg (144 pounds) two more and I'll have lost 20 pounds, I hope to be able to do it this month.

I'll keep you posted.

    I don't really think I'm on top of my weight problem, but I'm sure I'm trying my best to keep it controlled.

    You seem to be on top of things with your portion control, plus you seem to have gotten quite a bit of exercise. Good luck with future weight loss; you're doing quite well.
