I had a long weekend with my family and I behave; even though it was tough, but I did portion control everyday, didn't work out properly because I was helping my parents with rebuilding their house, so I did plenty work, but didn't do regular workout like push-ups or walking/running as exercise...
I managed to go down to 65.4 kg (144 pounds) two more and I'll have lost 20 pounds, I hope to be able to do it this month.
