And by "tough" I mean sore. And tired. And a little muscle-y shaky. Everything hurts and what didn't hurt this morning, I did my ST, so now all of those muscles feel a little "why me?"
And the risk of sounding whiny, I'm not. Because I know I am tougher than a little bit of soreness. I know that in order to change my body, I need to do something different. This "toughness" is a different way for my body to feel.
So, I'm committing to drinking all my water today. To coaching soccer at the end of the day & running as much of the practice as I can. To eating mindfully and healthfully.
I'm committed to myself.
