Ok not sure how the past month got away from me, but it did. I am up 10 pounds and not liking how I am feeling. I have been sick for the past 2 weeks and did not feel like working out. And of course I did not adjust my eating. Totally my fault and I know I screwed up, but today is a new day and a new week.
Time to get moving and get my energy back again!! I am going back to tracking the food I put in my mouth. I tend to eat less when I have to write it down and track it. I had to quit weight watchers because husband got laid off. But this week he starts a new job, so I am kinda kicking around the idea of signing back up. I did do better on the point system, because it was much easier for me to track points rather than calories.
My goal for this week is to drop 2 pounds. I am going back to my classes at the Y this week. Zumba really helps me to burn a lot of calories. Also since my cold has left me chest, I want to start running again this week.
