I really didn't have a great week last week. I didn't feel well due to the metformin blues, and I only exercised once. I normally track my nutrition seven days a week, and I didn't, and I struggled with my water last week.
I am trying hard to get back in that habit. I am fighting the same two pounds for about 2 weeks now, and it is discouraging. Anyone watch Big Bang Theory? "I am the master of my own psyche." I CAN survive non loss phases without giving up.
