In September, I started this journey with the goal of losing 120 pounds by May 2013. As of today, I've lost 60 pounds. My energy level and stamina are vastly improved, I'm back into clothes I haven't worn for several years, and I'm much happier with me. Woot!
Still a lot of work to do, but I have the time in which to do it. So yay!
