I need a kick in the pants or a drill sergeant. My weight is going back up, I'm not taking care of myself, and I just want to sleep. Grr. I know I can do this. Doing it is another matter. I could use a weight-loss buddy or something.

    you have to agree with yourself to just get up and do it .... even a 15 minute jog around the house will make you stop and think ............ you can do it !! Roc

    I am always tired, part of it health reasons and part is just my nature. But, for me, I finally decided, I can be tired, fat and unhealthy or I can be tired (hopefully a little less) and getting healthy. I decided that if I waited until I wasn't tired I would never start. I challenged myself to 15 minutes of exercise everyday of Lent. The challenge to myself is just what I needed to get going. I am now 80+ days in to a 100 day fitness streak. The more small challenges I give myself, the better I do. I also found that once I made one healthy decision, it was easier to make more healthy decisions.

Maybe, you could challenge yourself to 15 minutes of cardio everyday for 14 days (or anything else healthy you can come up with). I tell myself I can do anything for 15 minutes.

Just keep trying! You will find what motivates you and keeps you moving toward a healthier, fit you!
