Weird hunger day today... I think that the yogurt isn't sitting well with me. No more yogurt for a while! After breakfast this morning, I wasn't hungry again until almost 5pm, and I felt like I had a cold. The only thing I could think of was the yogurt - that's all I did different than I have been for a few weeks, now!
Breakfast - Greek yogurt with carob powder and cinnamon, plus I added some almonds, carob nibs, and a drizzle of coconut milk.
Dinner. Spinach leaves, tomato slices, avocado, and chicken breast. I wrap a little of each in a couple of spinach leaves and then dip it in the mustard. The almonds I eat with a bit of the "wrap," and it's like having a cracker or something... or... an almond... with the wrap. Lol! I'm not sure what to relate it to except that it's yummy!!
