Im starting over on this weight loss journey. Recently some things in my life have driven me to start over again. The best way to attain your goals is to keep a journal which sparkpeople will help me do and to actually write down my goals.
To reach my goal I am going to exercise Saturday-Thursday, with my rest day on Friday.
I am going to inline skate, jog, dance and do exercise classes.
My short term goal is to lose 30 pounds by September 1st.
My long term goal is to lose 80 pounds by my birthday in January.
Once I reach my short term goal I'm gonna treat myself with a weekend trip somewhere.
Once I reach my long term goal I'm gonna go to Knotts Berry Farm for my birthday.
For every 10 pounds I lose I am going to treat myself to a piece of clothing. (dress, jeans, shorts)
