Baby stepping -external to internal beliefs

Wednesday: ST
Thursday: Zumba
Friday: walk
Saturday: Zumba
Sunday: Zumba

I accept myself with my strengths and my limits. One limit I have is
differing levels of energy due to chronic illness. I accept that I regularly have one week where my energy is high and the next where I have days I sleep more than I am awake. I accept I need to honor how I feel in the low energy weeks because I have been sick many times by ignoring my body's needs.

A new strength that I am developing is portion control. Amazingly, if I check in with my "belly" I have natural portion control!

I'm impressed with you! It's hard to be honest with yourself and see your strengths and weaknesses for what they are. And you are working within your own limitations which is HUGE!
