Monday- walk and ST
Tuesday: walk and ST
I accept myself with my strengths and my limits. One limit I have is
differing levels of energy due to chronic illness. I accept that I regularly have one week where my energy is high and the next where I have days I sleep more than I am awake. I accept I need to honor how I feel in the low energy weeks because I have been sick many times by ignoring my body's needs.
A new strength that I am developing is portion control. Amazingly, if I check in with my "belly" I have natural portion control!
