Instead of going out to eat today, Tyler and I made dinner for Mom. It wasn't exactly low calorie, but it was "healthified". We had brown rice pilaf, chicken cordon bleu (I used olive oil instead of butter and used a mix of whipping cream, coffee cream, and milk instead of completely whipping cream), whole wheat pound cake with raspberry sauce and whipped cream (we threw out the extra cake to cut out nibbling later), caesar salad, roasted asparagus (delicious!!!), and whole wheat crescent rolls.
