New week new challenges !

Last week i had to skip some of my exercises because of feeling so bad and spent quit abit of time in bed but hopefully i will be able to do them all this week . Hopefully i will get in more vegetables and fruit ! I have been good logging my food ! Today we went to a smorgasboard for Mothers day and i done fairly good but i did eat 1/2 piece of pecan pie my favorite and 1/2 piece of coconut cream so i logged it as 1 piece of pecan pie for 490 calories but food wise i done great ! Thats the first pie i have had in months ! Friday is our 40th anniversary and for 1 meal i will eat what i want within reason ! Have a good week and enjoy some of the foods you really like but in portion control ! emoticon emoticon
