Breakfast: Bacon and scrambled eggs cooked with butter.
Lunch: Grilled chicken strips, salad (veggies whatever I want at time), nuts.
Dinner: Meat, cheese, and fruits or veggies as the mood strikes me.
I keep it really simple. I am even starting to wean off the cheese....I've gotten rid of all other dairy and all grains.
Never felt better. Carb cravings are completely gone. Soda is a distant memory.
Ohh, and I buy all my meat in bulk packs or large quantities (preference for free range, pasture fed even if it is a bit more spendy....If I spend extra, it is always towards quality of meat.)
When I first started though....I just got bulk meat packs from regular supermarket or costco and grilled/baked/cooked it up.
Find your local farmers market for cheaper organic veggies than the store.
Use your brain....the thicker the skin...ie, things like bananas, the less you have to worry about not going organic if too expensive....use your money wisely.
