    Sounds like you are having an emoticon weekend, even if not so healthy. You have a plan to bounce back from your unhealthy eating. I know emoticon Like you said, eat everything in moderation and try to live a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes, you'll have a bad day or two (spark-wise) as long as you keep working at it and fitting in that exercise, you'll do great!
