Day 5

This is for Day 5, which was saturday May 12, 2012.

Today I just wanted to stay in bed. It wasn't very pretty out and I just felt poopy. I blame the pizza last night, just a mind thing I think, or not possibly. I had no breakfast, for lunch I had BLT on lettuce wrap. My husband had 24 hour duty tonight and I fell into the pizza box once again, with pop. I had 2 pieces of pizza and almost 2 cups of pop. I never can sleep well when he is gone and he wanted me to bring him a snack and drink, so at at 10pm I was making pumpkin bars, haha. I wanted to bake something to occupy my time and it kinda made me feel like I was eating a sweet, but I didn't. I took him and his buddy the pumpkin bars and got a juice from the shoppette. I almost bought a pop, but I went with juice (probably not much better tho) When I got home, it was around 1230am. I made a cheese quesidilla. Overall, I am not happy with what I ate today, I didn't work out AGAIN, and I stayed in bed late this morning and had no breakfast. I need to pick it back up tomorrow. I did stretch today tho and tried a turkish get up with a 20lb kettlebell. I had the kettlebell, ready to do a workout, but never did, my motivation was low. Tomorrow is a new day emoticon
