So I finally checked my weight this morning and it looks like I lost another 4 pounds.
Since I really never weigh myself it looks like I lost a lot of weight in a couple weeks LOL
Truth is I don't know when I last weighed myself, I didn't think to check before I put in the new weight.
All I know is I had to buy new capri's and shorts cause my old one's are really big.
It makes me feel fat when I'm slopping around in loose clothes. Comfortable but I looks yucky. I fit into 3 shirts that made me look like a sausage when I first brought them, they are kind of loose actually. It is so weird to put on a shirt that was really tight, and now its comfortable. It is an odd feeling.
I brought a Spark shirt a few months ago in a medium.
It looks terrible. I can't wait to try it on in a few months. This time I took a picture to do a before & after. I wish I had done that for a lot of stuff.
I'm tracking my food good but not really tracking my exercise. I'm getting a lot more then I'm posting. But that's OK, unlike NOT tracking food, not tracking exercise does not hurt my waistline!
