It is amazing! Just watching my carbs basically I have lost 6.6 lbs in a weeks time! Tried one of the breakfast suggestions and it was gross, but I ate enough to satisfy me. I am not a fan of plain nonfat yogurt! emoticon

    emoticon If you read the book "WHY WE GET FAT AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT" by Gary Taubes you certainly know that it is sugars/starches that is the problem. You are right about the carbs being the problem.
