It is amazing! Just watching my carbs basically I have lost 6.6 lbs in a weeks time! Tried one of the breakfast suggestions and it was gross, but I ate enough to satisfy me. I am not a fan of plain nonfat yogurt!
If you read the book "WHY WE GET FAT AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT" by Gary Taubes you certainly know that it is sugars/starches that is the problem. You are right about the carbs being the problem.
